Our three-layer felt roofing system is designed to provide maximum durability and long-term waterproof protection for flat roofs. The system is installed as follows: -First Layer (Base Sheet) – Mechanically fixed and securely nailed to the roof deck to create a strong foundation. -Second Layer (Torch-On Underlay) Heat-bonded using a torch to fully seal and reinforce the structure. -Third Layer (Mineral Cap Sheet) – A heavy-duty mineral-finished layer, also torch-applied, providing the final waterproof barrier and UV protection. By combining mechanical fixing with torch-on bonding, this system creates a fully sealed, multi-layered defence against rain, frost, and standing water. The mineral finish protects against sun damage while delivering a clean, professional appearance built to last. In addition to full flat roof installations, we also carry out a wide range of felt roofing works and repairs.
